I Know School Starts Tomorrow....

But Downton Abbey 3 premieres tonight!!!!

Hi Friends! Kerri here...
Oh. my. word. Where on Earth have I been for the last 2 years?? I FINALLY had time to watch this show during Christmas Break, and y'all, I AM O.B.S.E.S.S.E.D!!

I watched the entire first and second season (a grand total of 16 hours at least) during my break, mostly late at night, under a blankie, using the iPad, while everyone else was sleeping. HEAVEN, I tell you, Pure heaven.

I am considering developing my Yorkshire accent to teach tomorrow (do you think my kidlets will notice??) and bringing my PG Tips (English tea) to have at recess. Hmmm...I should probably change into my fancy gown for lunch...maybe my student teacher will fill in as my house maid??

And I'm not the only one obsessed...my mom has a mean "mom crush" (as she calls it) on Matthew Crawley. She says he just gets better and better looking with every episode. HA!! Like mother, like daughter, I guess!

I also think I need one of these T-shirts to wear in protest of poor Mr. Bates' imprisonment...

Hmmmm, maybe too 1920's political for elementary school?? I should probably save this for the weekend!

Well, I could literally go on for days about my newest obsession, but I guess I'll wrap it up. I have to go put on my fancy fur and get ready to sit in the parlor and watch Season 3!!

I'm dying to know...who else is as obsessed as me?? Who do you love? Anna and Mr. Bates?  Daisy?  Mr. Permuk, Mary's poor Turkish lover? Or maybe you are like me and LOVE to hate Thomas, the meanest, most handsomest Footmen ever??

Tell me, please.  I'm dying to hear. Maybe we could form a Downton Abbey blogging fan club? But, I'll tell you now, I'm gonna be the president!! :)

Toodles, friends!!
XOXO Kerri

Everyone keeps talking about this show. I really need to watch it! Is it really history filled because I am not a big fan of history. Did you watch it on Netflix? I have been thinking about getting Netflix so I can watch full seasons of TV shows because if I didn't see it from the beginning I am not watching it!

I saw the last episode last season and enjoyed it:) I am a huge history buff and anglophile so it is perfect for me! I am planning on borrowing seasons 1 and 2 from a friend so that I can catch up. I am watching the premiere right now:) I'll join your Downton Abbey blog if you start one:)

I to started school Monday and stayed up Sunday to watch the season premiere. Never watched it before and wanted to see what all the buzz was about. I was hooked from the start, couldn't believe it was that good! Know i definitely need to rent season 1 and 2 to catch up. Glad to find someone else who's hooked! NOBODY on my staff watches this show, so therefore no water cooler talk the next morning about the show! Glad you are a fan!! Thanks for the post, LOVED it!! Sue at betwixthomeandschool.blogspot.com

I totally started watching this over the Christmas break as well! I love it!!! My poor husband has to deal with my fake British accent after each show that I watch : )
